What level of players will I be working with?

Players that attend our showcase programs include beginners playing at the recreational level, as well as intermediate and advanced players at a club and elite level aged between 16-25yrs.

What are the payment options?

• Cash or check
• Wire Transfer

What exactly will my job entail?

• Coaches will provide training materials like balls, cones or other equipment relating to warm up drills
• Coaches will be responsible for organizing the warm up drills and putting the players in thier playing position getting them mentally ready for the game
• Coaches will be required to watch the game and identify and evaluate the players potential using 3 levels playing proficiency
• 1. capacity to integrate into a club -
• 2. Capacity to potentially integrate into a team if properly developed.
• 3.No capacity to integrate into a professional team

What is the compensation structure?

Interested candidates should apply online. Based on review of your online application we will make a decision on how much would be offered. A phone interview will be scheduled.

Do I need to have my own vehicle?

All coaches are required to have reliable transportation to and from the venue.

Will I receive a coaching uniform and equipment?

All coaches will receive an official Droom Select coaching uniform. you are to come with your coaching equipment to deliver coaching sessions.
